We prefer to use Australia Post E-Parcel Registered Post for most deliveries, however in some instances a courier may be required to deliver your order. All deliveries have tracking available. If you do not receive your tracking number by email, please contact us.
Orders being delivered to workplaces must have the Company / Business Name stated on the order. Australia Post will not deliver without this information. Please note that orders without Company names may be returned which will cause a delay with your delivery.
If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.
If the item states that it is in stock, it will usually be sent the next business day.
Most orders are sent within 72 hours, however if there are any delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
