At iBuys, we have a freight cap of $50 for most of Australia, thats right, the maximum you will pay for freight in one transaction is just $50, but of course if you are only ordering one or two items, the delivery is usually much less than this and sometimes FREE (if the item page states that). Please note, that large products may incur extra delivery charges if being delivered to Northern Territory, Western Australia, North Queensland, some parts of Tasmania or Islands across Australia. Please contact us for further information.
We prefer to use Australia Post Registered Post with most deliveries, however in some instances a courier may be required to deliver your orders. If you have a preference, please let us know, and we will do our best to accomodate this for you. All deliveries are trackable on request.
Orders being shipped to workplaces must have the Company / Business Name provided. Australia Post will not deliver without this information. Please note that orders without Company names may be returned which will cause a delay to your delivery.
If there is no one around to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.
Please note, at this stage, we only send orders within Australia.
If the item states that it is in stock, it will be sent the next business day.
Most orders are sent within 72 hours, however if there are any delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you would like to check the delivery time on any of our items, please call us on 1300 442 897 or email us with the product code and name of the item, and your postcode and we will endeavour to email you back within a few hours to confirm delivery times.
