We prefer to use Australia Post Registered Post with most deliveries, however in some instances a courier may be required to deliver your orders. If you have a preference, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. All deliveries are traceable on request.
Orders being shipped to workplaces must have the Company / Business Name provided. Australia Post will not deliver without this information. Please note that orders without Company names may be returned which will cause a delay to your delivery.
If there is no one around to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.
If the item states that it is in stock, it will usually be sent the next business day.
Most orders are sent within 72 hours, however if there are any delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you would like to check the delivery time on any of our items, please call us on 1300 442 897 or email us with the product code and name of the item, and your postcode and we will endeavour to email you back within a few hours to confirm delivery times.
